It's so frustrating that we're still waiting for answers in Samuel Stitt's murder case. As someone who's followed the Charlotte community closely, this young man's life shouldn't be just another statistic. I read about the candlelight vigil at Camp Green Park, and I can't help but feel for his family and friends who are dealing with such a senseless loss. It's been more than four years now, and it scares me that the person responsible is still out there. I really hope the CMPD can finally catch a break with this case. If anyone in the area knows anything, even the smallest detail, please reach out to the authorities. Easing the pain for Samuel's family should be a priority. Stay strong, everyone. ?
