I’ve been reading through the details of Latrell's case, and one aspect I can’t stop thinking about is the timing of the shooting. It happened in broad daylight, just before 2 p.m., right in front of a Dollar General. It’s unsettling how quickly things can escalate. Just thinking about the people who might have been in the store that day gives me chills. Imagine being a witness to such a traumatic event during a regular errand run. Their lives might be forever changed too. My heart truly goes out to Latrell's family, especially his brother Kevion who was right there when it all unfolded. It's hard to fathom that something so violent interrupted what could have been any other afternoon in Greenville. Keeping the Heath family in my thoughts as they navigate through this difficult time.
