I've been following the tragic case of Nicholas Penaranda McGregor’s murder, and something really stood out to me. The fact that Nicholas' sister, Kiara, found him and was there with him in those final moments is gut-wrenching. I can't even begin to imagine the trauma and pain she must be enduring. It's incredible how resilient she's been in the face of such a devastating loss, speaking out and urging the community to help find who did this.
One thing I can’t help but wonder about is the circumstances surrounding who knocked on their door. Was this someone Nicholas knew, or was it a complete stranger? The thought that someone could commit such a violent act in broad daylight and then vanish is terrifying. It's unsettling that no arrests have been made yet, and I sincerely hope that someone comes forward with information that can lead to a break in the case.
My heart goes out to Kiara, Nicholas’ family, and the entire community. They all deserve answers and justice. I applaud Kiara’s strength and hope it encourages others to speak up. If anyone knows anything, please reach out to the authorities. It’s on all of us to help bring some measure of peace to this grieving family.

no one has been charged bc they sre claiming self defense !!!!!

they are putting my family thru the most! self defense how!!!!!! self defense on my brothers behalf!!! he was shot 10 times he shot back once to get away and they killed him .


the police doesn’t wanna do absolutely ANYTHING
this is nicks sister. i know who it was , the police department or the news didn’t put all the details out but my brother was shot by people we both knew . right now his case is being looked at again considering i gathered enough evidence to re open the case .
I’ve been following the case of Nicholas Penaranda McGregor, and one thing that’s really been bugging me is the lack of witnesses. I mean, it happened in broad daylight, in what seems to be a pretty residential area. East Davidson Avenue surely has neighbors who heard or saw something. Where is everyone? I truly hope the police are able to find more witnesses who can shed light on that day’s events. My thoughts continue to be with Nicholas's family, especially Kiara — I can’t imagine the pain she must be going through. It's unsettling having such tragic events happen without answers, and I hope anyone who knows something will find it in their hearts to come forward.
It's truly chilling to think about how something as normal as answering your front door can turn into a nightmare. I can't imagine the pain Kiara must endure, knowing her brother was taken so suddenly and violently. My brother was shot by 4 individuals and I witnessed all of them so I don't know why they say they have no suspects I didn't go in the news to ask for help finding who did it I asked for anyone that knows what they did to come forward . They won't take my statement and who I seen in any consideration. Nor the statement of another witness saying they seen someone standing over my brother. His autopsy shows he was shot while trying to get away . The district attorney is not wanting to do anything why? Probably bc he's hispanic
