Does anyone have more details about the Family Food Mart corner where Omar was shot? I've read that area might have surveillance cameras. It's deeply troubling to think about how many shootings have happened in Durham recently, and it's just hard to imagine how something like this can happen in a place that people walk by every day. Maybe the security footage could provide some leads if it's available? I really hope they find something useful because Omar's family deserves to know what happened and why. It's a gut-wrenching situation, and my heart goes out to those who knew and loved him. If you know any local folks or have heard anything more about this area or potential evidence, please share. We should do everything we can to help get justice for Omar.
