Did anyone else notice the strange gap between the time Charles Johnson went missing and when David Lint was finally charged? That’s over thirty years of no real leads—what was going on during all that time? Was there overlooked evidence, or did something finally make Lint crack after all those years? Also, I can't stop thinking about the fact that Lint led authorities to Johnson’s remains on his own property. I mean, this guy must have continued his life with that secret for decades. Was he ever on the police’s radar before he confessed, or was it totally unexpected? It's unsettling to think what might have happened if Lint hadn’t come forward. Makes you wonder how many other cases are just waiting for a breakthrough like this one.
