It's been on my mind lately how strong Marcy Jo Andrews' mom, Sara, was throughout this whole ordeal. I can't imagine the pain she endured, tirelessly searching for her daughter year after year. From what I've read, Sara didn't just sit back; she actively sought answers in whatever way she could, even going as far as to consult psychics. It's almost astonishing how a mother's determination played such a crucial role in the case. The conviction wouldn't have come about without her resolve. It makes me think about how critical it is to have advocates for the missing—family who won't let their loved ones be forgotten. Sara is a true warrior mom, in my opinion. It must be so difficult not knowing the full truth or being able to lay Marcy to rest properly, but she never gave up. It’s inspiring and devastating all at once.
