In the summer of 2019, the quiet community of Arnaudville, Louisiana, was disturbed by a fatal shooting that claimed the life of a young man. On June 19, 2019, authorities responded to a call on Drauzin Road, where they discovered the body of 26-year-old Jamaican J Major. A resident of nearby Opelousas, Major had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
