I’ve been following the Kendall and Kelsey Adams case and can't stop thinking about the impact it must have had on the Gert Town community. It’s so overwhelming to fathom how a neighborhood rallies to support family members left to cope with such an unspeakable loss. Every local I've spoken with has shared how these kids lit up the area with their smiles and laughter. Being so young, they had already become little figures of joy to everyone around them. It’s been over a decade, and you can still feel the lingering sadness mingled with resilience. Unfortunately, often when these tragic events fade from the headlines, the emotional scars in the community remain. I hope the people of Gert Town continue to find healing, and that Kenneth and other family members are surrounded by peace and support. The resourcefulness and heart of a community can be a beacon in such dark times. Love to all affected. ❤️
