I’ve been following this case for a while, and one thing that really stuck out to me was Milan and Mimi's devotion to their dog. It’s so sad to think that this little pup was found with them and is a part of this awful situation. I can't help but wonder about the dog's fate after the tragedy. Did any family take the dog, or did law enforcement find a safe home? It might seem like a small detail, but for some of us animal lovers, it’s those little things that connect us deeply to the victims’ humanity. My heart goes out to Morris and Akeem’s families, who have to navigate so much loss and heartbreak. I hope they have found some peace amidst this ongoing nightmare.
