I came across this case about Oswal Migdonio Andrade and can't stop thinking about how deeply it underscores the impact of gun violence in our communities. It’s unimaginable what his family and friends must be going through, knowing that a young life was cut so short. The fact that the suspects are so young themselves, with Karlos Jawoski Ghoram being just 20, and Lawrence Bennett and Devaughn Tyler only in their teens, really points to a broader issue we need to address. What leads these young people down such a violent path? I truly hope Andrade's family finds some peace and justice through the proceedings, but I can't help but think about how we prevent this from happening again. Does anyone else think there needs to be more focus on intervention and support programs for youth at risk? Would love to hear thoughts from the community.
