I was thinking about how utterly terrifying it must have been for everyone at that tire shop during the shooting. Imagine being caught in that chaos, not knowing if you’ll make it out alive. It’s just unimaginable. My heart goes out to the families of Leatrick Benjamin and Elton Wayne Madison, as well as those who were injured and traumatized. It's chilling to think that this could happen in a place most wouldn't expect such violence. Does anyone know if there's been any progress on increasing community safety or if local businesses are taking extra precautions? Being in fear of everyday activities, like stopping by a shop, isn't something anyone should have to endure. I genuinely hope the community finds peace and healing.
