Does anyone else know if Russel Frank was at that intersection for a specific reason, or if it was just a coincidence that he was there when the tragic event happened? I've been following the case, and I can't imagine what his family must be going through with so many unanswered questions. It's so important for the community to come together and support victims' families during such difficult times. If anyone has any thoughts or additional information, it would be great to share with those who are invested in seeking justice for Russel.
