I’ve been following Curtis Monroe’s case and can’t stop thinking about how underreported it seems. It’s disheartening how little information has been shared with the public by the authorities. Curtis had a family and friends who deserve to know what happened that tragic day in Shreveport. How are they supposed to find peace when so much is still unclear? I've been curious if there were any community initiatives to help the investigation—like vigils or neighborhood canvassing? Sometimes it feels like community pressure can make a significant difference in these cases. If anyone has information about efforts like that or knows if the file is still being actively worked on, please share. This man deserves justice, and his loved ones deserve answers.

I was going through some old news articles and it's so sad to read about Curtis Monroe's case. I can only imagine what his family must be going through with no arrest or closure even years later. One thing that really caught my attention was the location where he was found. I don't know much about Shreveport, but does anyone know if that area is known for this kind of violence, or was it unusual for something like this to happen there? It's just difficult to think about how someone could vanish like that in such a brutal way without anyone stepping forward with information. I really hope the community keeps pushing for answers.
