Has anyone else been thinking about how Adnan Alsar's heroic actions during the robbery might have actually helped the investigation? It’s incredibly tragic what happened to him, yet his ability to wrestle the gun away from the suspect, even after being shot, is so commendable. It seems like his brave act directly contributed to the swift arrest of Lavar Butler since the gun was such a crucial piece of evidence. It's just so sad that someone who seemed to truly care about his community had to lose his life in such a violent way. I'm really hoping that the trial brings some sense of justice and peace to his family. It’s a terrible loss for everyone who knew him and relied on the warmth he brought not just to his family but to the community he loved.
