Hey everyone,
I wanted to discuss a piece of the case that I've been unable to shake from my mind lately. It’s about Bull dismantling the shotgun and tossing it into that pond. I’ve read many cases, but something about this detail hit me hard. It’s strange to think about how moments of panic or guilt might drive someone to try and erase their actions so frantically.
Bull's choices obviously didn't work in the end, but it makes me wonder about what he was thinking at that moment. Was he immediately regretful, or was it an attempt to cover his tracks without any thought for Jerry's loved ones left behind? I keep thinking about how painful it must be for Jerry's family and friends, knowing what happened afterwards and piecing it all together.
Let’s keep Jerry’s family in our thoughts and hope they find some peace amid this sorrow. Sometimes, discussing these cases can feel overwhelming, but it reminds us of the real lives impacted by such tragedies.
Anyone else have thoughts on this part of the case?
Stay safe,
