Has anyone else been following the court proceedings in the trial of Kenneth Augustine? I recently read about his courtroom outburst that delayed his sentencing. It makes me think about the emotional toll this must have on everyone involved, especially Darnisha and Gregory's families. They’ve already been through so much heartbreak and to have a court delay due to his behavior seems so unfair. It was a relief, to some extent, to hear that he eventually received a life sentence. I can’t imagine how difficult it is for the families to sit through all of this reliving those awful moments over and over again. I truly hope they've found some measure of peace in the verdict, however small it may be. It’s hard not to feel for the little ones who have to grow up grappling with this loss. Much love and strength to Darnisha and Gregory's families as they continue to cope with this tragedy.
