I've been following the community here for a while and wanted to talk a bit about Phillip Thomas's funeral service. From what I gathered, it was held at Rhodes Funeral Home and Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church. It seems that a lot of love and thought went into honoring his memory. I’ve heard Rhodes is known for their compassionate approach, and Mt. Pilgrim has such a rich history—it’s touching that they chose such meaningful locations for his send-off.
What struck me was the mention of New Hope Cemetery in Ville Platte for his interment. It's a beautiful area and fitting for someone with so many family ties in Louisiana. The Thomas family, especially Dillon and Damoni, must have really felt the support from everyone who came to pay their respects.
