Hey everyone, I’ve been following Eric Clement's case, and I can't stop thinking about his family and friends. I came across something that made me pause: Eric's connection to St. Theresa Catholic Church. Being an altar boy can create deep bonds in a community, and I imagine that his death has left a profound void for those who knew him from the church. Church communities often rally together during times of need, and I hope that Eric's family is receiving the support they deserve. Also, his roots in Lafayette and Crowley must mean that many people knew him throughout his life. It's a small comfort to think that they’re sharing memories and keeping his spirit alive. I truly hope someone will come forward with information soon to help bring some closure to his loved ones. Keeping his family and friends in my thoughts. ? Stay safe, everyone.

I've been thinking so much about the role our community plays in this investigation. It feels like so many of us are in shock after what happened to Eric "Thrus" Clement. Knowing how connected everyone is in Crowley, it's surreal to think that this happened in our own backyard and yet we don’t have any leads. I can't imagine what his family is going through, not to mention the incredible pain his old friends from St. Theresa's must feel. It's concerning that these suspects managed to evade capture after such a bold act in broad daylight. I hope more people feel compelled to come forward with any details, no matter how small they might seem, to help piece together what happened that night. It's times like these where community involvement is crucial. Every bit of information could make a difference for Eric's loved ones and bring them closer to the justice they deserve.
