Teagan Welch, a 16-year-old girl from White Pine, Tennessee, tragically lost her life on January 3, 2022, during a custody exchange that turned violent. The incident occurred at a Pilot gas station on Roy Messer Highway in White Pine. Teagan, along with her stepfather Ken Cook and her biological father Christopher Welch, were all involved in the shooting.
