I’ve been thinking a lot about the other victim in the tragic shooting that took Louis Madison’s life. It’s awful that a woman was also injured that night. I hope she’s doing okay and has support during this incredibly difficult time. It must be unimaginable to have survived such a traumatic event, knowing it took someone else’s life. I wonder if she might have information about the incident that could help the investigation. It’s been years, and it’s frustrating that there’s been no progress towards justice. Knowing that communities often hold key pieces of information, I hope witnesses are listening to these calls for help from the authorities. It’s essential that anyone with even the smallest detail comes forward. Until then, my thoughts are with the loved ones of both victims.
