Has anyone else been following the details of Courtney Poche Jr.'s tragedy? I can't stop thinking about the young boy involved and how this event will affect him for the rest of his life. It's just such a heavy burden for someone so young to carry. While my heart goes out to Courtney's family, I also find myself really feeling for this teen who likely never intended for this to happen. It must be an incredibly difficult situation for both families. I hope that more awareness is raised about gun safety, especially when it comes to educating young people about the risks and responsibilities. Perhaps some good can come out of all this heartache.
