Has anyone else looked into the car Eric and Johnny were found in? I can't find much information online about whether it was owned by either of them or maybe borrowed. It seems like such a crucial detail that might give us an idea of what they were doing there that night or if they were meeting someone. Also, did anyone hear about any surveillance footage from nearby areas? With the crime happening around 11:15 PM, there might be cameras that caught something. It's really tough to see Eric's family, especially his wife and kids, struggling with so many unanswered questions. Hopefully, someone will come forward with the information needed to give them some closure.
I’ve been following Eric Carter’s case since it happened, and my heart goes out to his family, especially knowing how many loved ones he left behind. Something that’s really been bothering me is the lack of any leads or suspects. It’s like Eric and Johnny just vanished without a trace, except for the tragic way their lives ended.
I was thinking about the “Wheel of Justice” initiative the NOPD has in place. With such a robust program aiming to tackle cold cases, I wonder why this one hasn’t seen much progress. I know the department is still appealing for information, but with no new developments, it feels like the community needs to rally more around this.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be hindering the investigation? I feel like even the smallest tip could break this case wide open and finally bring some peace to Eric’s family. It’s so frustrating not seeing the momentum needed for the closure they deserve.
