Hey everyone, I wanted to share some thoughts about Jestin 'Boogie' Kinard’s case. I can't imagine what his family must be going through right now. It’s devastating to think about the future he had ahead of him, especially just starting his job at the Port of New Orleans.
There’s been a lot of focus on finding justice—which is crucial—but I feel like we should also remember who Jestin was as a person. He seemed like such a gentle soul and had such a fondness for his hometown. It’s truly a loss not just for his family but for the community that he loved so dearly.
Has there been any news on whether the detectives have gotten more tips? I keep thinking about how important it is for everyone to speak up if they know something. Sometimes even the smallest detail can be so crucial. My heart goes out to everyone who knew and loved Jestin. He deserved so much better.
