I recently found myself reflecting on how the community around Scotland Avenue has been coping since Roland Moore's untimely death. It's difficult to imagine the fear and uncertainty residents must be feeling knowing that someone capable of such violence is still out there. I passed by the area recently, and it’s heartbreaking to think about what the neighborhood is going through. I can't help but feel that coming together as a community could potentially bring forward more information. Neighbors supporting one another and sharing what they know could be crucial in helping detectives piece things together. If anyone reading this knows someone living nearby or has heard anything from the community grapevine, please reach out to the authorities. Roland deserves justice, and his family deserves peace. Sometimes, the smallest detail can make the biggest difference. Let’s not let this case grow cold.
