I've been following Kerry Spears Jr.'s case closely, and something that's been on my mind is the location where he was found. The intersection of Louisiana and Loyola avenues is not just any spot—it's between two busy areas, Central City and Freret. It makes me wonder about the circumstances. Was he targeted specifically because he was there, or was it a random act of violence? This area sees a lot of foot and vehicle traffic, making it seem like someone would have noticed something. For Kerry's family and friends, it must be difficult not knowing why this happened. My heart goes out to them as they seek answers. I hope that someone saw or heard anything that night and is willing to come forward, even anonymously, to help piece together the events that led to this tragedy. Justice for Kerry would be a step toward healing for those who loved him.
