Hey everyone, I've been following Niija Navea Council's case for a while, and something that really sticks out to me is the significance of her tattoos. I've seen in other missing person cases that tattoos can be key identifiers, especially when someone's appearance might change over time. It's baffling how there have been no confirmed sightings of her, even with such distinctive features. I remember reading that she had multiple tattoos of hearts, butterflies, and names—I wonder if anyone from the tattoo community in Philly might have some insights or might have seen her or someone getting similar tattoos around the time she went missing. All it takes is one person remembering something that seemed insignificant at the time. Thoughts?
