In the quiet community of Pipers Gap in Carroll County, Virginia, the life of 29-year-old Kevin Heath Frazier was tragically cut short on the evening of October 9, 2013. Deputies from the Carroll County Sheriff's Office were called to a residence on Rippey Hollow Road around 8:55 p.m. for what was initially reported as an accidental shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Frazier deceased from a gunshot wound.
