Niija Navea Council, a 20-year-old from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was last seen on September 1, 2013. She was reported missing after leaving her home on Lindbergh Boulevard, leaving behind her infant son. Her boyfriend was the last person to see her that day, and since then, there has been no contact or trace of her whereabouts.
