Hey everyone,
I've been following DeRez Griffin's case for quite some time, and I can't shake off this nagging thought about his last known whereabouts before the shooting. Has anyone else delved into where he was or who he might have interacted with in the hours leading up to that tragic night in Washington Park? It's still hard to grasp how abruptly a life can be taken and the role those final moments might play in understanding the motive or connecting the dots.
From what I've gathered, it seems like his movements prior to the incident could hold some vital clues. Was he meeting someone, or was there a noticeable change in his routine? It's chilling to think how these seemingly small details could unravel bigger answers.
Hoping this can spark some further discussion. My heart truly goes out to everyone who knew and loved him. It's deeply frustrating how these painful mysteries linger for so long when all we want is clarity and justice for victims like DeRez.
Take care,

It's difficult to put into words the sorrow that enveloped Washington Park after DeRez Griffin's tragic death. A promising life cut short, and for years, it felt like justice was slipping through our fingers. Now, with the arrest of Steven Tiller Jr., there's a flicker of hope. But what weighs heavily on my mind — and I'm sure many others too — is the lingering question of 'why.' Was it something personal, or was DeRez simply in the wrong place at the wrong time? It's bewildering to think how long these answers have eluded us and how one seemingly small piece of evidence can shift the entire course of an investigation. My heart goes out to DeRez's family, who had to endure years of uncertainty. The pain of losing a loved one in such a violent manner is unimaginable. Let's hope the truth will fully surface during Tiller's trial so DeRez's family can truly find peace.
Hey everyone,
I've been following DeRez Griffin's case for a while, and I'm just feeling for his family right now as they continue through the legal process with the arrest of Steven Tiller Jr. It must be so difficult to relive everything as they prepare for trial. I can't imagine the pain they're still going through, even with some sense of closure from the arrest. Has anyone heard about the support the community is providing to DeRez's family? It's just so important for them to have that network around them during this time. Also, does anyone know how common it is for cases like this to turn cold and then have breakthroughs years later? I wonder what finally led to new evidence coming to light after such a long time.
