Hey everyone, I was just reading more about Maxine Rackin Villa’s case, and something that caught my interest is how authorities suspect that her mother, Pamela Medina, might have taken her to Mexico. I wonder how challenging it is for law enforcement to track down someone internationally, especially if they might be living under assumed names. Does anyone know if there have been similar cases that ended with a resolution? It seems like locating someone across borders would be such a difficult task, with so many layers of jurisdiction and cooperation needed.
