Maxine Rackin Villa, a 5-year-old girl, was last seen on May 13, 2014, in Fresno, California. She was allegedly abducted by her non-custodial mother, Pamela Medina, and a felony warrant for Medina's arrest was issued later that year on September 5, 2014. Authorities believe that Pamela may have fled with Maxine to Mexico.

At the time of her disappearance, Maxine had brown hair, brown eyes, and silver caps on her teeth. She may also be using the alias name "Tonita." Despi ...
