On a Tuesday evening in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 16-year-old Sean Chinn was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. On May 19, 2020, Chinn, a young man known for his hard work and dedication to his family, was with two friends outside a QuikTrip convenience store at the intersection of 19th and Glendale Avenues.
