Hey everyone, I've been following the case of Derrick Smith, the man charged with Monica Foster's murder in Chicago. Something that's really been on my mind is the chilling decision Smith made to take a photo of Monica's body and send it to a family member before calling 911. I can't even begin to imagine how that family member felt receiving such a distressing image. This adds a deeply disturbing layer to the case. It's hard to understand what someone is thinking during such an unfathomable act. My heart goes out to Monica's loved ones. They’ve endured something truly beyond comprehension. Wishing them peace and strength as they navigate through this tragedy. Can't help but think about how technology plays into these situations. Hoping for more insights as the case unfolds. Anyone else have thoughts on this aspect? Stay safe, everyone.
