This case really weighs heavily on my mind. I can't stop thinking about how brave Nelra was, just living her life in a neighborhood that everyone knew had its problems. It's gut-wrenching to realize that standing outside with friends can end in such tragedy. I'm not from Springfield, but hearing how people spoke about her — a kind-hearted soul, always willing to lend a helping hand and so devoted to her children — is a reminder of the good that's out there despite the violence. It's so frustrating to see her family still waiting for answers. I really hope someone steps forward with information that could break this wide open. Sending all the love to her family and hoping they find the closure they deserve soon. Let's keep Nelra's story alive and push for change in Springfield.
