Has anyone looked into the inconsistencies in Inishia Cooper's testimony? It seems like it played a huge role in the trial's outcome, especially considering she initially identified Burks as the shooter. Her not remembering the events during the trial is so puzzling. What could have caused such a drastic change in her account? It must be incredibly frustrating for Joshua's family to see the case unravel like this, especially when it seemed like there was a solid witness. My heart goes out to them. ? Does anyone here have experience with cases where witness testimonies were key? Would love to hear thoughts.
