I’ve been following the case of David Babcock and Kamry Harris, and it’s so difficult to understand how something like this could happen. The fact that David, who seemed like a genuinely kindhearted person, was just trying to help Kamry with a car, and they were both so viciously attacked, is deeply troubling. What stands out to me is the sheer randomness and senselessness of the shooting. It’s incredibly frustrating that there haven’t been any arrests yet. I can't help but think about the lives forever changed by this crime, especially David’s family. They’ve shown such strength and resilience in seeking justice. I read that the neighborhood where it happened deals with frequent gun violence, and I can only imagine how that complicates the investigation. If anyone knows anything or remembers seeing something that day near Malone Street, it could make all the difference. It’s crucial that we keep the conversation going and support the Babcock family in their quest for answers.
