Hi everyone, I've been thinking a lot about the atmosphere of the neighborhood where Lovell was killed—it must have been so chilling that night. The details about the street lights and the red brick buildings at the corner give me this haunting imagery. It makes me wonder if anyone living in those buildings witnessed anything that could help solve this case. I'm curious if there have been any community efforts to install more street cameras or lights after the incident. It’s devastating to know that such a young life was taken in a place that sounds like a community hub. The courage it must have taken for Lovell’s family and the community to gather for a vigil is something I can’t even begin to imagine. I hope they can find some comfort and justice soon. If anyone has any updates or ideas on ways to support initiatives that combat gun violence in North Lawndale, I’d love to hear them. Remembering Lovell with you all ❤️
