Carlos Tirado, a 38-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on October 13, 2015, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The incident occurred on the railroad tracks located on the 400 block of West Clearfield Street. At approximately 3:57 p.m., Philadelphia Police officers responded to reports of a shooting and found Carlos suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the swift arrival of medical personnel, he was pronounced dead at the scene at 4:38 p.m.
