Hey everyone, I just stumbled upon Eugene Cooley's case, and it’s really hard to imagine what his family must be going through. I was wondering if anyone knows more about the alley where the tragic event happened. I mean, was it a known hangout spot or somewhere considered quiet and safe? It’s baffling to think there wasn’t a single person around to see or hear anything. The lack of witnesses really gets to me, considering how busy neighborhoods can get at night.
