I was reading about Jordon Cooper's tragic case, and I can't stop thinking about the impact this has had on his hometown of Cortland. It seems like he was a positive presence in his community, and knowing he was taken so violently is a deep loss for them. For a community like Cortland, which is presumably close-knit, losing someone in such a way can send ripples of fear and sadness that linger long after the news headlines fade. I really hope the authorities get the break they need to bring some justice and peace to Jordon's family and friends. It's frustrating and incredibly sad that they're left without answers. If anyone in Chicago or from around Garfield Park has any information, no matter how small it seems, please consider reaching out. This young man deserves justice.
