Feeling so sad for Luis Arana's family and friends. It must be incredibly hard living with so few answers. I was thinking about the location of his apartment in the Edison Park neighborhood on North Harlem Ave. Isn't that usually a pretty quiet area? It's baffling that no one seems to have seen or heard anything before or after the shooting. Given that detectives mentioned Luis was somewhat known to them, it does make one wonder if this was more targeted. Still, without any leads, it seems like a tough case to crack. I can't imagine how frustrated the investigators must be. Here's hoping someone comes forward with information soon. Keeping his loved ones in my thoughts.
