It's been over three years since Ronnie L. Peterson's tragic passing, and it feels like we've made little progress in finding out who did this. I can't even begin to imagine the pain his family and friends are enduring, knowing there are no answers yet. It's just so frustrating that there were no witnesses to help piece together what happened that night. What's bothering me lately is the role of technology in this case. ShotSpotter alerted police to the scene, yet it feels like this wasn't enough to catch the perpetrator. I know it helps with response times, but it's disheartening that these tools don't always lead to justice. Hoping anyone out there with even a bit of information will find the courage to come forward. Ronnie deserves to rest in peace, and his loved ones need closure. Please, if you're reading this and you know something, say something. Let's help end this cycle of violence.
