Does anyone else find it strange how many people were involved in Sarah's case? I feel so deeply for her family, having to navigate through this complicated and painful situation. It's unsettling that Humes, already facing charges on a separate drug case, was out on bond and able to orchestrate something so horrific. It makes me wonder how the justice system could allow someone like him any freedom knowing he had pending charges. The fact that he didn't hesitate to involve multiple people in his plan speaks volumes about his disregard for others' lives. I'm hoping the court proceedings bring some closure to Sarah's loved ones, though I know nothing can erase the pain of losing her in such a terrible way.

I’ve been thinking a lot about the role of surveillance footage in Sarah Donohue’s case. It’s unsettling but fascinating how much can be pieced together from it. Identifying Humes' license plate was a crucial break. It’s haunting to think the last moments of someone’s life can be recorded and then analyzed frame by frame to uncover the truth. While it’s such a heavy loss for Sarah’s loved ones, I’m grateful that law enforcement had this tool to help bring some justice. Technology can be such a double-edged sword—it can't undo the tragedy, but in instances like this, it can be pivotal in catching those responsible. My thoughts truly go out to her family and friends as they navigate this difficult time.
