Did anyone know Frank personally or know any more about his life? I'm trying to piece together who he was beyond this tragic incident. From everything I've read, he sounded like a good person who didn't deserve what happened to him. It's so important to remember there's more to victims than the circumstances of their death. Thinking about how his family and friends must feel, losing someone so suddenly. If anyone has any stories or memories about Frank that they'd like to share, it might help keep his spirit alive in our hearts and even assist in the fight for justice.
