Did anyone else notice the lack of surveillance footage mentioned in the case of Anthony Lash Jackson? It's surprising, considering the incident happened on South South Chicago Avenue, which I would assume has some form of surveillance or nearby businesses with cameras. Even private residences close by could have caught something useful. It's frustrating to think there might be crucial evidence out there that just hasn't been uncovered or reported yet. My heart goes out to Jackson's loved ones, hoping they find some answers soon. Has anyone heard if local businesses are cooperating with the investigation or if there's any community initiative to bolster security in that area? Every bit of info could be vital in a case like this.
I came across this case recently, and it's really got me thinking about the possible surveillance footage available in the area. Given the time and place of the incident, it's possible there might be some cameras that caught something helpful. Businesses nearby, like on South South Chicago Avenue, could have security cameras that might offer up clues or help track down the suspect's movements before or after the shooting.
Anyone familiar with the area? Do local businesses typically cooperate with police in these investigations? I've read about times when footage from local stores has made a big difference in other cases. It just makes me wonder if detectives might already be looking into this angle and if there's anything we, as a community, could do to encourage it.
Hoping Anthony’s family gets the answers they deserve soon. It’s tough seeing another senseless act of violence leave loved ones in pain.
