Has anyone else found it odd that Rosalyn Saxsenmeier only took a flashlight on her walk? No phone, no water, just a flashlight in the middle of the afternoon. It's definitely peculiar, especially since she was familiar with the area. Makes me wonder if she had a specific reason for carrying it. Maybe she planned to check out one of the small caves or overhangs nearby? But then again, it was broad daylight, so why the flashlight? The detail stands out to me, and I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts or similar observations. It's these small things that sometimes help piece together what might have happened.

Has anyone else looked into the weather conditions at Bear Valley around the time Rosalyn Saxsenmeier went missing? I did some digging and found that the afternoon of July 28, 2016, had clear skies and temperatures around 75°F, so it doesn’t exactly seem like weather would’ve been a factor in her disappearance. She was well-prepared for a short walk, even brought a flashlight, which seems odd given it was mid-afternoon with plenty of daylight left. Could the flashlight have been her usual habit, or did she anticipate staying out longer than planned? Wondering if anyone’s come across more info, especially from locals who might be familiar with that area and any potential hazards or secluded spots she may have known about.

Has anyone else thought about the fact that Rosalyn disappeared around 2 PM while only carrying a flashlight? I've been mulling over why she’d have a flashlight with her on a daytime walk. Maybe she intended just a short trip and brought it just in case things took longer than expected, or was it a habit from past hikes? Could it hint at Rosalyn having any other problems with memory or time perception beyond what we've speculated? Also, how odd is it that nothing, not even the flashlight, turned up during searches? It makes me wonder, did she possibly venture into a part of the forest no one thought to check, or could she have encountered someone who meant her harm? We don't have that many leads, so every little detail matters.
