I’ve been thinking about Hoston Porter's unsolved case and how it reflects the broader issue of gun violence in Chicago. It’s so disheartening to see another life senselessly lost to this ongoing crisis. Hoston was someone's father, brother, friend—he deserved to feel safe in his community. With the case still open and no suspects identified, I'm hoping those who might know something will come forward. It’s essential for both Hoston’s family and the community to find some form of closure. My heart goes out to his loved ones. I can’t imagine the pain they’re going through. We need to support each other and work together to make our neighborhoods safer. If you have any information, please consider getting in touch with the authorities. Every piece of information could be crucial.
