I've been thinking a lot about Xavier Quiroz's case lately—especially since it's so gut-wrenching to see a life cut short like that. I didn’t know Xavier personally, but from what I’ve read, he seemed like such a light to everyone around him. His involvement in the Good Shepherd Presbyterian Youth Group and playing basketball just shows how active and loved he was. What’s really tugging at me, though, is how there’s been no progress reported on finding who did this to him. I understand these things take time, but it's hard to sit with not knowing. I can’t imagine what his family must be going through, waiting for answers and hoping for justice. When tragedies like this happen, it just brings home how important community support is—not just for the family but also in keeping pressure on to find resolutions. If there's anything more we, as outsiders, can do to support them or push for answers, I'd certainly want to know. Does anyone else have any updates or know if there are community efforts we can join?
