I’ve been following Herman Bowser's case for a while, and it's just so tragic to see how gun violence can impact so many lives. I was thinking about how these situations are often about more than just individuals, but a wider conflict that pulls innocent people into its wake. Herman seemed to be a genuinely kind person just living his life, and it's devastating that he was caught up in such a dangerous situation. I can only imagine what his family is going through, especially having to relive everything with the legal proceedings. It’s important we keep talking about this to push for real change and ensure justice is served. His loved ones deserve peace.
