Was anyone else aware that the Evans brothers were really close, almost inseparable? I came across some old news articles mentioning how Gregory always looked up to Richard. The thought of them suddenly disappearing without a trace is disturbing. To me, the vehicle's location is unsettling. Why leave a car on a bluff overlooking the ocean unless they planned to be there? It’s such a mysterious aspect—were they meeting someone or simply passing through? Whatever the case, it feels like they vanished into thin air. It’s frustrating that after all these years, there's still no clarity on what happened. Anyone have insights or theories based on similar cases?
Has anyone else been following the Evans brothers' case? I recently came across an intriguing theory involving the car found on the bluff. Some locals mentioned that during the 70s, there were several reports of unsafe conditions on certain parts of the coastal roads near Lincoln City, especially in bad weather. Could it be possible that Richard and Gregory encountered a road hazard that caused them to go off-course? Or maybe there was some kind of mechanical issue with the car that led to them being stranded near the bluff? It's just puzzling how the car was found, yet no trace of the brothers ever was. Wondering if anyone here knows more about the conditions around that time or has any thoughts on this angle?
Wow, this Gregory and Richard Evans case is such a mystery. I came across an old newspaper article that mentioned the condition of Richard's car when it was found. Apparently, it was locked, and there was no sign of struggle or foul play inside. Could this mean the brothers left the vehicle willingly? I wonder if anyone has looked into the tides and ocean conditions around that time. Maybe something about the location of the car could provide clues. It’s strange that two people can disappear so completely with no trace left behind. What do y’all think? Could the ocean be hiding more than we realize?
